2-18 Mechanisms and Operation Rev. A
In order to simplify maintenance, signal lines such as motors and sensors (except for the thermal
head signals) are all connected to the switch circuit board assembly-B by the leads and
connectors, and switch circuit board assembly-B is connected by FFC to the main circuit board
unit-A. The switch circuit board assembly-B is affixed to the arm coming out of the main frame.
The control panel LEDs and push-button are mounted on switch circuit board assembly-B.
Main Circuit Board Unit-A
The main circuit board unit-A is made up of the following electrical circuits:
