Paper guide unit block
1. Slide off {plate-shield}.
2. Detach the two tabs and remove {paper detector assembly}.
3. Remove {button-open} and {spring-button}.
CAUTION:
Be sure to hold {spring-button} while removing {button-open}. Otherwise, {spring-
button} may suddenly fly out, creating the danger of eye injury.
To remove {button-open}, keep it depressed while you remove the protruding part of
{button-open} from the groove in {paper guide}.
