Testing and Connecting the Printer

Note:

If your cable has a ground wire, connect it to the printer’s ground

connector as shown below.

3. Plug the other end of the cable into the computer’s parallel

interface connector.

Binding Your Cables

Two clamps are packed with your printer to bind the interface

cables and secure it to the printer for a safe system environment.

After connecting the interface cables to the printer, follow these

steps to bind your cables.
